| Prizes for Category A* |
1. Rs. 50, 000/- cash prize for 3 best teams
• Three best research proposals (3 teams) will receive cash prize of Rs. 50,000 per team from Intel India. The prize money is for the whole team and will be equally distributed amongst the team members
2. Intel Sponsored M.Tech Scholarships
• Opportunity for a maximum of 10 students reaching the final stage of Research Contest to get their higher education (M.Tech) financed by Intel up to a maximum extent of Rs. 2,00,000 per year for 2 years, based on the terms and conditions of Intel Scholar Program 2008 on selection for Intel sponsored M.Tech scholarships.
3. Opportunity to work at Intel India
• Students reaching the poster presentation stage may be considered for opportunity to work as a Recent College Graduate (RCG) or as an intern at Intel India
