Welcome to the Intel Scholar Program 2008!

Intel® Higher Education Program is pleased to launch the Intel Scholar Program 2008. A research contest for undergraduate and post graduate students from select engineering institutions in India, the contest is open to students of Computer Science, Electronic Communications and Electrical Engineering Streams. Previously known as the Intel India Research Challenge (IIRC), the contest supports designated students research projects conducted at the engineering institutes. Students work with their university professor's, and consult with designated Intel researcher’s, called mentors for the purpose of this competition, on their project. The final presentations of their work are made before a panel of experts from the industry and academia and the students also get to meet with senior Intel researchers and the Intel Staffing team.
